Changelog
What shipped, and when
I ship most weeks, and this is where I write down what changed and why. Dated entries, newest first. If it is not here, it has not shipped.
Real numbers, an honest live status, and answers built to be quoted
- The hero counter now also says how many people joined in the last seven days, not just the total.
- The FAQ answers how adopters differ from a paid tester pool: where they come from, why they join, and what you can check before you invest time.
- The "Is Earlynest live yet?" answer now says which calls on the page are real, instead of claiming live activity next to a wall of sample cards.
- FAQ structured data is served in the page head, so search engines and AI assistants can quote those answers verbatim.
- The brand line, where new ideas find their first fans, is back under the hero buttons next to the headline that names the job.
The homepage now says what it is for
- New headline that names the job: find your first 50 users, matched by interest.
- The Reddit-and-friends scramble founders talk about is now said out loud on the homepage.
- The two hero buttons have separate weight, so the adopter path is the default and the startup path is a quiet second door.
- Added a section on who Earlynest is not for.
Real numbers instead of only sample cards
- The hero shows the real waitlist count, counted live from signups.
- Homepage FAQ answers the engagement and liquidity questions, not just billing.
A person behind the product
- Founder block on the homepage and a new About page.
- Footer links to About, the changelog and the comparisons.
Easier to find in search and in AI answers
- New comparison pages: Earlynest vs BetaList, BetaFamily and Product Hunt.
- Published robots.txt, sitemap.xml and llms.txt.
- Organization, Service and FAQ structured data, so assistants can describe and price Earlynest accurately.
- The pricing page has its own title, description and share tags.
