Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Earlynest collects and how it is used. It is a draft and must be reviewed by a qualified attorney before launch.[REVIEW WITH ATTORNEY]

What we collect

  • Your email address and name when you create an account or join the waitlist.
  • The interests you pick, so we can match you with relevant calls.
  • Activity on Earlynest: calls you view or join, ideas you post or vote on, referrals, and reputation points.

How we use it

  • To show you calls, ideas and communities that match your interests.
  • To email you about matching calls, based on the notification settings you choose.
  • To keep reputation, badges and referral rewards accurate, and to keep the platform free of abuse.

What startups can see

  • Startups never see your details from browsing. They only see your name and email after you join their call, and only for that call.
  • Brands running research studies receive aggregated, anonymous results. Individual responses are not shown to them with an identity attached.

Cookies and analytics

  • We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences.
  • We use analytics to understand which pages and calls are useful. Analytics data is aggregated and is not sold.

Exporting or deleting your data

  • You can download a copy of your account data, or delete your account, at any time from your profile settings.
  • Downloading gives you a JSON file of your profile, calls joined, ideas, votes and referrals. Deleting removes your profile and activity from Earlynest.
