Questions about plans
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your startup dashboard and your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, prorated. Moving up charges only the difference for the rest of your billing period, and moving down credits it.
What counts as an active call?
A call that's open and accepting joins. Calls you have closed don't count toward your plan.
Payments are handled by Stripe. Cancel or change plans anytime from your startup dashboard.
