Using Earlynest
Earlynest connects early adopters with startups through interest-based communities and beta calls. Startups are responsible for the accuracy of what they publish, and adopters choose which calls to join.
Accounts
You are responsible for the activity on your account. Keep your login secure and tell us if you believe it has been used without your permission.
Fundraising
Earlynest does not offer, sell, or recommend securities. Nothing on Earlynest is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security, and no information on the platform should be relied on as investment advice.
Earlynest does not process, hold, or transmit investments, pledges, or payments for any fundraising campaign. Campaign links, founding member offers, and funding partner introductions point to third parties. All money moves directly between you and those third parties, under their terms.
Earlynest is not a funding portal, broker-dealer, investment adviser, or crowdfunding intermediary, and is not registered as any of these in any jurisdiction.[REVIEW WITH ATTORNEY]
Badges and labels such as “We're raising” or “Ready to raise?” are informational only. They are not an endorsement, verification, or recommendation of any campaign by Earlynest.[REVIEW WITH ATTORNEY]
Earlynest Launchpad
Earlynest Launchpad is an educational and promotional cohort program for selected startups. Participation is limited, discretionary, and may be changed or ended at any time. Admission to a cohort is not a judgment about a startup's quality or prospects.
Earlynest does not invest in, lend to, endorse, verify, or guarantee any Launchpad startup, its product, its claims, or its fundraising. Nothing in the program, including Demo Day materials, mentor introductions, partner perks, or badges, is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security, or investment advice.
Mentors and partners are independent third parties. Their advice and offers are their own, and Earlynest is not responsible for them. Startups remain solely responsible for their product, disclosures, and compliance.[REVIEW WITH ATTORNEY]
