A call asks for something concrete: a beta test, a waitlist signup or a 15-minute feedback session. It carries a perk, your spots and your deadline. Everyone who joins is telling you they will show up, and you see the list of joins in your dashboard. Then you send one check-in and keep what you learn. That way you know who actually tried it, instead of guessing from page views.

How are adopters different from a paid tester pool?

Adopters arrive through an interest they already follow, not a panel someone recruited. The people who see your call chose that world themselves, so you hear from people who actually care about your category. You can check each one before you invest time: how many calls they joined, whether they checked in, and the feedback they left. A paid pool gives you volume. Earlynest gives you your first real fans.

How does matching work?

You pick where your call belongs. It is posted into the interest communities your product sits in, and adopters who follow those interests see it in their feed. Nobody wades through a general list of new startups to find you. You are not interrupting people who do not care.

What happens after I join a call?

Accepted Answer

You get the perk the startup offered and a clear next step from the founder, usually an email with the beta link or a time to talk. Your email goes to that startup only. You can comment on the call and tell them what to build next. Every test you help with earns an Early Fan badge.

Real calls from real startups are live now. Anything we built ourselves, like the Good Measure Money showcase, is clearly labeled.
